The Scope of work includes the Installation, Commissioning, and Handover of the Communications system, supported by comprehensive Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), documentation, and coordination activities. Which also covers development, review, and implementation of ITPs and Quality Plans in liaison with all subcontractors, coordination with PTA for design reviews, and management of QA across all parties. Quality Control activities include inspections and hold point releases for installation, testing, FAT/SAT, and commissioning as required. In addition to this it also includes development of a completions and handover plan, preparation and compilation of MDRs, closure of comments, and use of Acconex and TeamBinder for document control. Ongoing coordination with PTA is required throughout installation to commissioning, including meeting EM4P and EIS requirements and ensuring full QA compliance with EM4P.
